Federal Injury Centers brings together a team of medical professionals with experience in treating workplace injuries and supporting federal workers’ compensation claims.
Our providers understand the clinical and documentation requirements involved in Department of Labor Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (DOL-OWCP) cases and work closely with patients to ensure injuries are properly evaluated, documented, and treated.

Dr. Jay Provenzano, DC
Owner | Chiropractor
Dr. Jay Provenzano is a licensed chiropractor with a background in rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College and completed his undergraduate studies in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies at Springfield College.
Dr. Provenzano has advanced training in soft tissue techniques, including Graston and Active Release Technique, and focuses on treating joint, spine, and soft tissue injuries commonly associated with workplace incidents and repetitive stress.
His approach emphasizes thorough evaluation, targeted treatment, and functional recovery. By combining hands-on chiropractic care with rehabilitative techniques, Dr. Provenzano works to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support long-term healing.
DR. SHAYNE FRYIA, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Shayne Fryia is a licensed chiropractor with a strong background in rehabilitation, sports performance, and musculoskeletal care. Originally from Ontario, Canada, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2015 and completed his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology while playing collegiate hockey on a full athletic scholarship.
Before joining Federal Injury Centers, Dr. Fryia owned and operated a successful chiropractic clinic in Toronto for 10 years, treating professional and amateur athletes, active adults, and patients recovering from both acute and chronic injuries.
In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Fryia is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and incorporates evidence-based rehabilitation, soft tissue therapies, and functional movement strategies into his treatment approach. His goal is to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help patients return safely to work and everyday life through comprehensive, individualized care.
Dr. Molly Camelo , DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Molly Camelo is a licensed chiropractor dedicated to providing natural, patient-centered care focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in 2024 and also holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience.
Her path into chiropractic began after experiencing the benefits of treatment firsthand while recovering from multiple sports-related injuries. That experience inspired her to pursue a career helping patients heal, improve function, and return to their daily activities with confidence.
In addition to her chiropractic training, Dr. Molly is a certified personal trainer and incorporates movement-based rehabilitation and functional strength into her treatment approach. She also has specialized training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is Webster Certified, allowing her to provide supportive care for pregnant patients and families of all ages.
Effie Morgenstern, PA-C
Board-Certified Physician Assistant/DOL Provider
Effie Morgenstern is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in orthopedic and occupational medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, with minors in Biomechanics and Psychology, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
After experiencing her own workplace injury, Effie transitioned into occupational medicine, where she now focuses on helping Department of Labor employees with Occupational Injury and Illness (OWCP) cases. Her firsthand understanding of work-related injuries allows her to combine clinical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care.
In addition to her medical training, Effie is also a certified yoga instructor and incorporates a holistic approach to healing through movement, mobility, and stress management. Her goal is to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve the best possible outcome throughout their recovery process.
